To re-zone from PR Parks and Recreation Zone to RMD Residential Moderate Density Zone, and to vary Table 4 of the Zoning By-law by reducing the minimum number of required parking spaces from 95 spaces to 70 spaces, and vary Table 10 by increasing the maximum number of dwelling units from 61 units to 63 units.
