REQUEST

To subdivide 21 Willowcrest Avenue to create one (1) lot where the residual lot will have the existing 7-plex condominium and the proposed 18-plex, and the proposed new lot will have two (2) 4-storey buildings for a total of 165 units and to vary Table 10 of the Zoning By-law by decreasing the required interior side yard setback from 4.6m to 3.0m in the Residential High Density (RHD) Zone.
