Possession of Property Obtained by Crime:

At 10:15am, police conducted a traffic stop in the 000’ block of 13th Street.  The license plate on the vehicle had been reported stolen and the vehicle was unregistered.  The driver, a 31 year old Brandon woman, was arrested and released for court on November 16th, 2020.  She was also issued several tickets under the Highway Traffic Act.

 

Arrest Warrant Executed (Theft of Motor Vehicle):

At 6:18pm, police located a 28 year old female in the 100’ block of 7th Street who was wanted for theft of a motor vehicle.  She was arrested and lodged for court in the morning.

 

Intoxicated Person Detention Act:

At 6:09pm, police responded to the 1600’ block of Rosser Ave for an intoxicated 44 year old man causing problems.  He was located and lodged to be released once sober.

 

Breach of Release Order, Possess Prohibited Weapon:

At 1:35am, police located a 34 year old woman in the 800’ block of Princess Ave who was breaching a curfew.  She was also found to be in possession of a can of bear spray.  She was arrested and lodged for court in the morning.

 

Arrest Warrant Executed (Theft of Motor Vehicle):

At 9:45pm, police located a 37 year old female at her Brandon residence who was wanted by Winnipeg Police for theft of a motor vehicle.  She was arrested and released for court on December 22nd, 2020, in Winnipeg.

 

Arrest Warrant Executed (Breach of Recognizance):

At 4:30am, Winnipeg Police Service advised they had arrested a 25 year old man from Little Black River Reserve on the strength of a warrant from BPS for breach of recognizance.  He was released for court on November 23rd, 2020.
