Break and Enter to Residence

On September 12, 2020, police responded to a break and enter to a residence in the 600 block of Rosser Ave. It is believed the suspects gained entry through an unlocked door overnight. Stolen was a cell phone, IPad, blue tooth speaker, personal identification, credit cards, and keys. Anyone with information regarding this Break and Enter is encouraged to contact Brandon Police Service.

 

Fail to Comply with Undertaking

On September 12, 2020 shortly before 9:00 pm, police attended to a report of a disturbance in the 800 block of Princess Ave. An intoxicated 21-year-old female was becoming threatening and physically aggressive with others present. She was found to be the subject of an Undertaking with the condition to abstain from consuming alcohol. She was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service, to be released when sober. She will appear in court on November 30, 2020 on a charge of Fail to Comply with Undertaking.

 

Arrest Warrants

On September 12, 2020, a 36-year-old male, and a 27-year-old male were located and arrested separately on outstanding arrest warrants; both for Fail to Attend Court and Fail to Comply with Probation.

On September 13, 2020, after midnight, a 44-year-old male and an 18-year-old male were also arrested separately on outstanding arrest warrants. The 44-year-old male will appear in court on charges of Fail to Attend Court, and Fail to comply with Probation, and the 18-year-old male will appear in court on charges of Fail to Attend Court and Fail to Comply with Undertaking.

 

IPDA

Over the course of the last 24 hours, police arrested six adults from separate incidents. In each case, the individuals arrested were too intoxicated to care for themselves, and there was no one else to care for them. They were each lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.
