Break and Enter

Shortly at 7:30am on October 6th, police were called to a vacant residence on the 400 block of 1st with regards to a Break and Enter in progress.  Upon arrival a 44 year old male was found inside the residence. He was arrested and released with an Appearance Notice to appear in court on December 14th.

Warrant

Just prior to 9:30am on October 6th police attened to a residence on Willowdale Cr to check for a female who had an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court. A 29 year old female was arrested and released with an Appearance Notice to appear in court on December 21st.

Impaired Operation / Drug Charges

Just prior to 10:00pm on October 6th a traffic stop was conducted on the 100 block of 26th St.  The driver showed signs of Impairment and failed a field sobriety test. When being arrested approximately 9 grams of cocaine was seized along with $2,000 in cash. As a result a 22 year old male was arrested for Operatin while Impaired, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Cocaine, and Possession of Proceeds of Crime.  He was released with an Undertaking to appear in court on December 14th.

Assault

Priot to 2:00am on the morning of October 7th, police responded to BRHC with regards to a patient who was harassing other patients and had just asaulted a nurse.  As a result a result a 35 year old male was found to be intoxicated. He was charged with Assault and lodged at BPS cells to be released with an Undertaking when sober.  He  is scheduled to appear in court on December 11th.  

Other Arrests

At approximatley 11:30 pm police were called to a business on the 1100 block of 18th St with regards to an intoxicated male trying to fight with people.  As a result a 24 year old male was lodged in BPS cells to be released in the morning when sober. 

Shorlty after midnight police were called to the 1000 block of 18th St for a highly intoxicated female.  A 37 year old female was lodged in BPS cells to ensure her safety to be reelased when sober.
