Arrest Warrants

On March 17, 2020, police conducted traffic stop in the 1300 block of 6th street shortly before 11:00 am. The driver was found to be wanted on outstanding charges of Theft Under $5000. The 24-year-old male was arrested and lodged at Brandon Correctional Centre to appear in court today.

On March 17, 2020, police conducted a pedestrian stop in the 300 block of 11th street at approximately 6:00 pm. The 35-year-old male was wanted on outstanding charges of Assault. He was arrested and will appear in court on April 9, 2020.

 

Theft Under $5000

On February 5, 2020, police received a report of the theft of merchandise from a business in the 900 block of Victoria Ave. The male suspect fled the store, and police were unable to locate him. Employees at the business were aware of the suspect’s identity.

On March 17, 2020, at approximately 5:40 pm, police located and arrested the 37-year-old male suspect as he was walking in the 1100 block of Rosser Ave. He will appear in court on April 9, 2020.

 

Breach of Peace

On March 17, 2020 police responded to a report of a male who was behaving in a concerning manner, and those around him could not keep him safe. The 27-year-old had been consuming alcohol. He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Correctional Centre to prevent his behavior from escalating.

 

Breach of Peace

On March 17, 2020, police responded to a report of an intoxicated male who was causing a disturbance at a business in the 200 block of 18th street N. shortly before 11:00 pm. The 32-year-old male was arrested and lodged at Brandon Correctional Centre to prevent the continuation of the disturbance.

 

Theft Under $5000

On March 17, 2020, police received a report of a theft from a business in the 900 block of 18th street N. at approximately 10:35 pm. The male left the business, but police located and arrested him nearby, still in possession of the stolen merchandise. Due to the intoxication level of the 25-year-old male suspect, he was lodged at Brandon Correctional Centre and will be released when sober to appear in court at a later date.

 

Breach of Peace

On March 17, 2020, police received a report of a disturbance at a residence. A male in the residence was behaving in a threatening manner, and those around him could not prevent his behavior from escalating. The 30-year-old male was arrested and lodged at Brandon Correctional Centre to prevent any harm from coming to himself or the other residents.
