Intoxicated Person

On the evening of 2023-06-18, police responded to the 800 block of Pacific Avenue for a report of an intoxicated individual that was acting suspiciously.  A 21-year-old female was lodged at BPS until sober.

Failure to Comply with Probation

On the evening of 2023-06-18, police received a report from a caregiver of a youth had breached his court imposed curfew.  A 17-year-old male was lodged at BPS to appear for court 2023-06-19.

Warrant

On 2023-06-19, police conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle in the 500 block of 13^th Street.  A check of police records revealed the operator to have an outstanding warrant of arrest.  The 29-year-old male was lodged at BPS to appear for court 2023-06-19.

Break and Enter

On 2023-06-19, police received a report of a Break and Enter in progress to a residence located in the 700 block of 10^th Street.  Two suspects were reported to have kicked in the door and subsequently fled on foot while the homeowner was in attendance.  The subjects were located and arrested by police a short distance away.  A 30-year-old female has been released with conditions to appear in court 2023-08-08, for the charge of Break and Enter.  A 31-year-old male co-accused was found to be in possession of tools to aid in the B&E.  The male has been lodged at BPS to appear for court 2023-06-19, for charges of Break and Enter, and Possession of Break and Enter Instruments.
