Intoxicated Persons Detention Act
Just prior to 4:00 am on July 2nd police responded to a call about two persons that were sleeping on the 900 block of Louise Ave. Both parties were found to be intoxicated and there was no one to turn them over to. As a result a 28 year old female and 28 year old male were lodged until sober to ensure their safety.
At approximately 8:30 pm police checked on a female in the 600 block of 8th St as she was found to be sleeping on the side of the road. It was discovered that she was intoxicated. The 34 year old female was lodged until sober to ensure her safety.
