Fail to Attend Court
At approximately 1940 hours, a 28 year old male attended BPS to turn himself in on his endorsed warrant for failing to attend for fingerprints. The accused was released to attend court on April 20, 2020.
Intoxicated Person Detention Act
At approximately 2210 hours, staff at BRHC reported that a 29 year old male was highly intoxicated, however was medically cleared. Members attended arrested and lodged the male under the Intoxicated Person Detention Act to be released when sober.
Breach of Probation
At approximately 0050 hours, the accused attended the Safe and Warm Shelter and when being checked in was found to be wanted on an endorsed warrant for Breach of Probation. A 21 year old female was arrested and released to attend court on April 20, 2020.
