Domestic Assault

At 930 hrs, police responded to a residence on Queens Crescent for a report of a domestic assault. The female victim reported that the male suspect had assaulted her and then fled in her motor vehicle prior to police arrival. The male suspect is believed to have left the city therefore a warrant has been requested for his arrest.

 

Arrest Warrant Executed

Members executed an arrest warrant on behalf of the RCMP on a male subject who was incarcerated at the Brandon Correctional Centre.

 

Possession of Stolen Property/Breach of Court Order

At 1000 hrs, police attended to a residence in the 300 block of 1st street in response to a stolen property/weapons complaint. Upon speaking with the homeowner, it was learned that his grandson was believed to be in possession of a stolen bicycle, a machete and bear spray. When members queried the bicycle, it was found to be stolen. A machete was also located inside the residence along with a can of bear spray. The male youth was also found to be in breach of several conditions of a court order. The accused male was arrested and lodged at the Brandon Correctional Centre to appear in court in the afternoon.

 

Arrest Warrant Executed

At 1500 hrs, BPS was notified by the RCMP that they had executed one of our outstanding arrest warrants. The male subject was held in police custody to appear in court.

 

Warrant Request

Members conducted a curfew check on a male who is bound by a court order and was found to not be at his residence during the prescribed times. An arrest warrant was requested.

At 0330 hrs, members conducted a curfew check on a male that is bound by a court order with a defined curfew. The male was not at his residence and an arrest warrant has been requested.
