Arrest Warrant Executed

On Sunday morning at approximately 1000 hrs, a male was observed in the 2600 block of Victoria Ave whom was known have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The accused male was arrested and released from custody to appear before the courts in April.

Arrest Warrant Executed/Intoxicated Person

At 1430 hrs, members attended to a business in the 200 block of 10^th street in response to several individuals whom were drunk and causing problems. One male was found to be evading an outstanding arrest warrant and was subsequently lodged at the Brandon Correctional Centre to appear in court Monday. Another male was also lodged under the Intoxicated Person’s Detention Act to be released when sober.

Warrant Request

Members conducted a curfew check on a female that is bound by a court order to abide by a curfew. The female was not present at the residence and therefore a warrant has been issued for her arrest.

Robbery

At 2330 hrs, police attended to a residence in the 2100 block of McDonald Ave to take a report of a robbery that had occurred the previous night in the 1300 block of Rosser Ave. The female victim was putting her belongings into her vehicle when she was jumped by two unknown females. The two suspects stole her cell phone and proceeded to assault her. The suspects left the scene after a bystander intervened.
