Breach of Undertaking

On February 19th at 12:47 pm police arrested a 21-year-old male for breaching his undertaking. On February 18th a 25-year-old female reported the accused had contacted her and he was on an order not to do so. He was held for court on February 20th, 2024.

 

Arrest Warrant

On February 19th at 4:13 pm police conducted a pedestrian stop in the 400 block of 9th street. A 25-year-old male was arrested as he had an outstanding warrant for Theft of a credit card. He was released for court on March 18th, 2024.

 

Causing a disturbance

On February 19th at 10:19 pm police were called to the Brandon Regional Health Center for a female causing a disturbance. Police attended and arrested a 28-year-old female. She will be released in the morning.

 

Breach of Peace

On February 20th at 00:19 am Police were called to a residence on Elmdale boulevard for a disturbance. A 17-year-old female was arrested for breach of peace and will be released in the morning.

 

Accident with Injuries

On February 20th at 04:55 am Police were called to a multi vehicle accident in the 5500 block of Richmond Avenue East. A semi-truck was traveling northbound on Limestone Rd east, turning westbound onto Richmond Avenue when the vehicle broke down. The semi-trailer was blocking the westbound lane and partially blocking the east bound lane. An eastbound Dodge Caravan struck the back driver’s side of the semi-trailer. A Mitsubishi Lancer that was also traveling eastbound then struck the Dodge Caravan. The 52-year-old male who was operating the Carvan has been taken to hospital with serious injuries. Police are still on scene and continuing the investigation.
