A 41-year-old male has been charged with Domestic Assault.  Police received a report that the male had punched his partner in the face.  He was highly intoxicated at the time of the incident.  He will be appearing in court today.

A Break and Enter was reported to a storage locker on Park Avenue East.  The lock was damaged by the intruders who then stole a variety of personal items from within the locker.  This incident is still under investigation.

A 2014 Dodge Ram truck was reported stolen from the 1400 block of 9^th Street.  The owner believed that the truck was locked however; they indicate that the spare keys were inside the vehicle.  This vehicle was recovered by police in the 1200 block of 10^th street. 

A report of a Break and Enter in progress was received to a business in the 2000 block of Park Avenue.  Police attended and arrested a 24-year-old male on scene attempting to force entry into the building.  The male has been charged with Attempt Break and Enter, Mischief to Property, Possess Break in Instruments.  He will be appearing in court October 10^th.

A 40-year-old male was arrested on a Warrant of Arrest to face charges of Forcible Confinement, Assault, Assault with a Weapon, Uttering Threats and Fail to Comply with an Undertaking.  These charges stem from a Domestic Assault incident earlier this week.  He will be appearing in court today.
