Arrest Warrants

On April 4th at 09:35 am  a 38-year-old male turned himself in to Brandon Police as he was aware he had an outstanding warrant for breaching his Conditional Sentence order. He was arrested and held for court on April 5th, 2024.

 

On April 4th at 2:49 Pm Polce received a 911 call reporting two males slumped over a park bench near the corner of Willowdale Crescent and Silverbirch Drive. The two males advised they were resting while waiting for a city bus. A 22-year-old male was arrested as he had an outstanding warrant for Breach of Probation. He was released for court on April 29th, 2024.

 

On April 4th at 4:06 pm Police conducted a traffic stop in the 1800 block of Maple Avenue. A 35-year-old male was arrested as she had two outstanding warrants for failing to attend court. He was held for court on April 5th, 2024.

 

On April 4th a 23-year-old male turned himself in to Brandon Police as he was aware he had an outstanding warrant for assault. He was arrested and released for court on June 3rd, 2024.

 

Domestic Assault

On April 4th at 12:00 pm Police received a call of a disturbance at a residence in the 500 block of 37th street. A 35-year-old female reported she was choked by her boyfriend. A 36-year-old male was arrested and released for court on May 9th, 2024.

 

Breach of Peace

On April 4th at 9:19 pm Police were called to a disturbance at a residence in the 300 block of 8th street. An intoxicated 29-year-old male was arrested for assaulting his grandmother. She did not wish to pursue charges. The male will be held and released in the morning.

 

Possession for the Purposes of Trafficking Methamphetamine

On April 5th at 04:00 am Police conducted a traffic stop in the 1200 block of 10th street. The three occupants of the vehicle got out of the vehicle and started to walk away. A meth pipe was observed in the vehicle. All three occupants were arrested, and the vehicle was searched. Police located a bag containing 102 grams of meth and a can of bear spray. Each occupant had a small amount of meth on their person. A 31-year-old female, a 35-year-old female and a 30-year-old male were held for court on April 5th, 2024.
