Breach of the Peace
On August 29, 2023 at approximately 6:30 am, police responded to a report of an intoxicated female at a residence. Her friends were concerned for her safety, and they were unable to prevent her actions from escalating. The 22-year-old female was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.
Arrest Warrant
On August 29, 2023, a 41-year-old male attended Brandon Police Service, as he was aware of outstanding charges of Assault, Operate Conveyance while Impaired, Unlawfully in a Dwelling and Fail to Comply with Release Order. He was lodged to appear in court today.
Fail to Comply with Probation
On August 29, 2023 shortly after 11:00 pm, police responded to a report of an intoxicated male knocking on a residential door, refusing to leave. Police learned that the 16-year-old male was failing to abide by a curfew. He was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service. He will be released once sober to appear in court on November 7, 2023 on a charge of Fail to Comply with Probation.
Fail to Comply with Release Order
On August 29, 2023 at approximately 11:30 pm, police responded to a report of a disturbance in a residence. An intoxicated 18-year-old female was causing problems, and her family was unable to prevent her actions form escalating. She was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service and will be released once sober.
