Distribute Child Pornography, Possession of Child Pornography

 

A 14 year old male and a 14 year old female were charged with Possession of Child Pornography and Distributing Child Pornography as a result of an investigation after an allegation that they had obtained an intimate image of another youth and had forwarded that image to others. Both individuals still had this image in their possession as well and as a result have been charged and released for court at a later date.

 

 

Mischief Under $5,000

 

At 10:00 am, a call was received of an unwanted male in a residence in the 100 block of 4th St. Police attended to the address and located an intoxicated male who had also damaged some windows at the residence. The 24 year old male was charged and held in custody until sober and released for court.

 

 

Possession of Break-in Instruments/ Fail to Comply with Probation Order

 

At 9:00 pm, Police received a call of a possible Break and Enter to a residence on 3rd St.  A suspect was located in the area and upon searching him, he was found to have a pry bar and a long magnet in his possession. The accused was on a probation order not to possess any break-in instruments. The 33 year old male was arrested and held for court in the morning.

 

 

Fail to Comply with Release Order

 

At 02:10 am, Police were called to a residence in the 1500 block of Stickney Ave to remove an unwanted male from the residence. The 19 year old male was breaching his condition not to consume alcohol and was arrested and held until sober and released for court at a later date.

 

 

Other Arrests:

 

Two other individual were arrested on outstanding warrants four were arrested for breach of the peace.
