Break and Enter

At approx. 4:40, Tuesday afternoon police were called to residence in the 600 block of 22nd St for a break and enter. The resident reported that sometime between 8 PM Monday and 4 PM Tuesday someone entered the garage and stole assorted tools including a Paslode floor nailer and a Mastercraft Brad nailer.  The incident is still under investigation.

 

Arrest Warrant Executed

 At approx. 1:07 PM Tuesday a 20 year old Brandon female attended to BPS to turn herself in for an outstating warrant.  The female was to have attended to the police office for the purpose of photographs and fingerprinting after having been charged for a previous offence.  When she failed to do so a warrant for her arrest was issued. On Tuesday, the warrant as executed and her photo and prints were obtained.  She was then released with an additional court date of November 16.  

 

Arrest Warrant Executed

At approx. 10:45 PM Tuesday a 42 year old Winnipeg male was checked in the 800 block of Pacific Ave.  He was found to be wanted for failing to comply with his Probation conditions.  He was arrested and later released with a court date of December 14th.  

 

WPS Arrest Warrant Executed

At approx. 12:20 AM today, a 21-year-old Winnipeg male attended to BPS to turn himself in for an outstanding warrant of arrest held by the Winnipeg Police Service.  The warrant was for failing to comply with his Probation order which included a condition that he remain in Winnipeg.  The male was arrested and will appear in court later today.

 

Break, Enter and Commit Assault

At approx. 3 AM today, officers were called to a residence in the 1300 block of 1st St for a break and enter.  Upon arrival, the homeowner was restraining one of the suspects on the ground.  The investigation has revealed that two suspects entered the residence and were confronted by the homeowner. The homeowner was pepper sprayed by one of the suspects and both attempted to flee.  One of the suspects was successful in escape however as stated the second was restrained until police arrived.  The 17-year-old Brandon male was arrested and held for court this morning.  He is charged with break and enter, assault with a weapon, and breach of his release order.  The identity of the second suspect and his whereabouts are still under investigation.
