Break and Enter, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime

As a result of ongoing investigations, a 14 year old male was charged with a Break an Enter to a school in August where he stole $7,800 worth of computer equipment, some of which he was later found to be in possession of. On October 19th he was also caught stealing a laptop computer from a school. He was charged for these offences and released to appear in court at a later date.

Fail to Comply with Undertaking

At 3:30 am, a traffic stop was done in the 1600 block of Princess Ave and the 24 year old male passenger was found to have conditions not to communicate with the driver. He was arrested and held and will be released on an appearance notice when sober.

Disobey Court Order

At 4:40 am, Police attended to a disturbance call on Alaska Bay. It was learned the 33 year old male subject was on a court order and a probation order not to communicate with the female at the residence. The accused was arrested and released on an appearance not to attend to court at a later date.

Fail to Comply with Release Order 

At 4:27 am, a 19 year old male was located in the 700 block of 10th street and it was learned he was breaching his curfew on his release order by not complying with his 7:00 pm curfew. He was arrested and lodged for court in the morning.
