Assault
Only July 6, 2023, at approximately 4:00 am police responded to report of a theft from a business in the 700 block of 10th Street. Employees reported that male had entered the store and taken about $140 worth of food without paying for it. The intoxicated 19-year-old suspect was located and arrested. He was lodged at Brandon Police Service to be released once sober. He will appear in court on August 10, 2023, on a charge of Theft Under $5000.
Breach of Peace
On July 5, 2023, at approximately 9:30 pm police responded to a report of a disturbance in the 300 block of Dennis Street. A highly intoxicated 17-year-old female was located and found to be causing problems. She was lodged at Brandon Police Service to be released once sober.
Arrest Warrants
On July 5, 2023, Winnipeg Police located and arrested a 22-year-old male who was wanted on outstanding Brandon Police Service charges of Fail to comply with Probation and Fail to attend Court. He was lodged to appear in court today.
On July 5, 2023, police located and arrested a 21-year-old female who was wanted on outstanding charges of Mischief to Property and Fail to Attend Court. She was lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today.
On July 5, 2023, police located and arrested a 26-year-old female who was wanted on outstanding RCMP charges of Second-Degree Murder. She was lodged at Brandon Police Service to appear in court today.
On July 5, 2023, police located and arrested a 22-year-old female who was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Attend Ident. She was released to appear in court on August 3, 2023.
On July 5, 2023, RCMP located and arrested a 25-year-old female who was wanted on outstanding Brandon Police Service charges of Robbery, Forcible Confinement, Uttering Threats, Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Fail to Comply Undertaking x2, Fail to Comply Release Order, and Fail to Attend Court. She was lodged to appear in court today.
