Arrest Warrant Executed
At approx. 9:15 AM Wednesday, officers attended to an address in the 300 block of 4th St, attempting to locate a 35-year-old female who is the subject of an arrest warrant. The female was located at her residence and arrested on the strength of the warrant for charges of theft under $5000 and breaching her Probation Order. The accused female was released from custody with a court date of September 3.
At approx. 11:30 PM Wednesday, officers conducted a person’s check off a pedestrian in the 100 block of 9th St. The 37-year-old Brandon male was found to be the subject of an outstanding warrant for theft under $5000. The male was arrested on the strength of the warrant. He has since been released with a court date of November 2.
