Fail to comply with Probation (Weapon):

At 8:35am, police conducted a person check in the 100’ block of 11^th Street. A 21 year old man was found to be in possession of an expandable baton. He was also on probation with a condition not to possess weapons. He was arrested and released for court on April 2^nd, 2020.

Intoxicated Person Detention Act:

At 1:10pm, police responded to intoxicated male near 7^th Street and Rosser Ave. A 37 year old man was arrested and lodged at BCC to be released once sober.

Arrest Warrant Executed:

At 12:05pm, police located a 23 year old man in the 200’ block of 13^th Street who was wanted on several warrants for assault. He was lodged at BCC for court in the morning.

Arrest Warrant Executed:

At 2:50pm, police located a 23 year old man at his residence in the 1500’ block of 3^rd Street who was wanted for failing to attend court. He was released on an Appearance Notice for court on April 2^nd, 2020.

Possession of Property Obtained by Crime (Motor Vehicle):

On January 23^rd, 2020, police recovered a vehicle stolen from Winnipeg in the 500’ block of 6^th Street. On March 4, evidence from the vehicle was linked to a 33 year old male suspect who was in custody at BCC on an unrelated matter. He was arrested for the additional charge and will appear in court on March 5, 2020.

Theft Under $5000 (Shoplifting), Breach of Undertaking:

At 5:23pm, police responded to a shoplifting complaint in the 900’ block of 18^th Street North. A 38 year old woman was arrested after stealing a number of items from a business. She was also found to be on probation with a condition not to attend that business. She was lodged for court in the morning.

Arrest Warrant Executed (Forcible Entry, Mischief to Property):

At 10:53pm, Winnipeg Police advised they had arrested a 27 year old man on the strength of a BPS warrant for forcible entry and mischief to property. He was lodged in Winnipeg for court in the morning.

Arrest Warrant Execute:

At 10:10pm, police located a 32 year old woman in the 800’ block of Pacific Ave who was wanted for Breach of Probation. She was released for court on April 6^th, 2020.

Domestic Assault:

At 7:25pm, police received a complaint of domestic assault in which the victim disclosed being assaulted 4 times between March 2017 and December 2019. The 41 year old male suspect was located and arrested for the incidents. He was released on conditions for court on April 2^nd, 2020.

Arrest Warrant Executed (fail to attend court x2, fail to attend prints, breach of probation x2, possess property obtained by crime):

At 12:41am, police responded to a disturbance in the 300’ block of 6^th Street and located a 26 year old woman who was wanted on the above charges. She was lodged for court in the morning.
