Appointment To The Planning Commission

Brandon, MB - City Council will be considering one (1) citizen appointment to the Planning Commission for a two-year term set to commence May 3rd, 2022. 

The City of Brandon’s Planning Commission acts as an advisory board to the City Council on land use and zoning matters; City Council has the final ruling. The Commission meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chamber. 

Applications are available online at 2022_Planning_Commission_Application or can be picked up in person at Legislative Services Office, located on the 2nd floor of City Hall, 410 – 9th Street. The application deadline is Thursday, April 14th, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. Applications can be submitted via email to cityclerk@brandon.ca or dropped off at the Legislative Services Office.

All applications shall be considered by City Council in its selection process, and such appointments shall be final.
