Brandon, MB - Brandon Fire and Emergency Services would like to inform owners and operators of mobile food service units and commissaries of the mandatory fire safety inspection required for operating within the City of Brandon.
Effective May 1st, 2024, all mobile units will be required to undergo a fire safety inspection at #1 Fire Hall, located at 120 19th St. North, prior to operating for the season. Upon completion of the inspection, the mobile unit will have a Brandon Fire and Emergency Services decal applied, confirming it has passed the inspection.
Appointments for inspections can be scheduled with the department from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday. To schedule an appointment, please call Fire Hall #1 at 204-729-2400 or email fire@brandon.ca. At present, there is no fee for the inspection service.
