Brandon, MB – Following a full weekend of budget deliberations, Brandon City Council has passed a motion to postpone the scheduled meeting on Monday, February 5, 2024 to Tuesday, February 20, 2024.
As per the procedural By-Law, City Council may postpone or defer any regular meeting, so long that a resolution is passed by a regular or special meeting within two days of the deferred meeting.
The February 5th council agenda includes confirmation of meeting minutes and a committee report from the Vision Zero Task Force which will be deferred to the next regular scheduled meeting on Tuesday, February 20th, 2024.
