City of Brandon Louis Riel Day Hours of Operation

Brandon, MB – Please be advised of the following hours of operation for Louis Riel Day, Monday, February 20th, 2023, at the City of Brandon:  

  • Brandon City Hall (410 - 9th Street), A.R. McDiarmid Civic Complex (638 Princess Avenue), Civic Services Complex (900 Richmond Avenue East) and Parks Complex (2020 McGregor Avenue) will be closed.  
  • Brandon Transit will be running holiday hours from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Transit Information Centre will be closed.  
  • Brandon’s Community Sportsplex will be open regular hours from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.  
  • Brandon’s Youth Centre will be open from 1 to 9 p.m. 
  • Eastview Landfill will be closed.  
  • Brandon Municipal Cemetery is located on 18th Street South and is open to the public seven days a week from dawn to dusk. The Cemetery Office will be closed. 

All after-hours Public Works emergencies should be directed to the City of Brandon Public Works After-Hours Line at 204-729-2285. 

Regular business hours for all City of Brandon facilities return on Tuesday, February 21st, 2023.
