Councillor Ward 9

Glen and his wife Shannon have lived in Brandon virtually all of their lives. Their two adult sons, daughter-in-law and two granddaughters also live in Brandon.

Glen currently works as an Advancement Officer – Major Gifts at Assiniboine College after retiring from The Brandon Sun in 2020.

Ward 9 is where Glen spent much of his youth and a good portion of his adult life. He and Shannon shared two homes in the Ward and are currently volunteer board members of the East End Community Centre.

First elected in a May 2016 by-election, Glen was re-elected in a general election in 2018 and acclaimed in 2022.
