Prepare to Succeed
We want you to feel confident walking into your interview. The City of Brandon primarily uses behavioural interview questions; prompts like “Tell us about a time when…”, because your past experiences are often the best indication of how you'll approach similar situations here.
You may find it helpful to use the STAR method — Situation, Task, Action, Result — to organize your examples. We're not looking for perfect answers; we want to learn about you, your experience, and how your skills fit the role.
