IMPORTANT NOTICE OF NOMINATIONS
CITY OF BRANDON/BRANDON SCHOOL DIVISION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on SEPTEMBER 16, 17, 18, 21 and 22, 2026 between the hours of 9:00 am - 4:30 pm at the Brandon Votes Office, Civic Administration Building, 410 – 9th Street, Brandon, I will receive nominations for the offices of:
· School Board Trustee (City Ward 1 and Rural Ward 2);
· City Councillor (Wards 1 through 10); and
· Mayor (City of Brandon).
The nomination deadline is Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 4:30 pm. Nominations cannot be accepted after this day.
All nominations shall be made in writing and shall be signed by at least twenty-five (25) voters of the authority or ward (as the case may be). Each nomination shall also be accompanied by the candidate’s declaration of qualification and disclosure of offences.
