Non-Residential
A development permit is required for a non-residential development. A development permit only approves the site for development, a building permit is still required prior to constructing any buildings on a site.
To apply for the development permit, you will need to submit the following information:
- Development Permit Application Form (59 KB)
- Property Owner Authorization (24 KB) *Note - This is only necessary if you are not the property owner.*
- Site Plan (36 KB)
- Elevations/Cross Sections (51 KB)
- Lot Grading & Drainage Plan (31 KB)

- Traffic Impact Study Information
To apply for the building permit, you will need to submit the following information:
