Multi-Unit Dwelling 2-4 Dwelling Units

To apply for a multi-unit dwelling 2-4 dwelling units, you will need to submit the following information:

• Site & Landscaping Plan (29 KB)
• Lot Grading & Drainage Plan (31 KB)
• Site Servicing (34 KB)
• Elevations/Cross Sections (51 KB)
• Heating & Ventilation Plan (26 KB)

Multi-Unit Dwelling 5 or More Dwelling Units

A development permit is required for a multi-unit dwelling of 5 or more dwelling units. A development permit only approves the site for development, a building permit is still required prior to constructing any buildings on a site.

To apply for the development permit, you will need to submit the following information:

• Elevations/Cross Sections (51 KB)
