The City of Brandon’s Development Services Division has created Residential Property Lot Grading Guidelines.

These guidelines create a consistent degree of knowledge among developers, landscapers and property owners.

They provide a basic summary of lot grading styles and considerations, best practices, and any existing City standards as they relate to lot grading and landscaping.
