Swimming Pools and Hot Tubs

To apply for a swimming pool or hot tub permit, you will need to submit the following information:

• Application Form (63 KB)
• Site Plan (146 KB)
• Property Owner Authorization (24 KB) *Note - This is only necessary if you are not the property owner.*
• Specifications (Above Ground Pool/Hot Tub)
• Engineer Certified Plans (Inground Pool)

*Prior to installing your pool or hot tub, you are required to locate any buried utilities within your yard.  Please visit clickbeforeyoudigmb.com before starting your project to ensure your pool or hot tub does not obstruct any utilities.*
