City Plan

The City Plan, replacing the BAPD Development Plan beginning March 2025, has general policies governing on how the City of Brandon should be developed. A City Plan amendment is a process parts of the City Plan By-law are added, altered, or deleted. The amendments may affect the text of the by-law, maps (identified as “Schedules” in the City Plan), or both. The City Plan and its amendments would affect implementation tools, such as the City of Brandon Zoning By-law.
