Request

To rezone from CAR Commercial Arterial Zone to CG Commercial General Zone and to vary Table 12 under Section 55 of the Zoning By-law for the following: reduce the front yard setback from 6.0m to 3.9m, reduce the side yard setback from 4.6m to 3.6m, and reduce the rear yard setback from 9.1m to 6.1m for the proposed residential building in the CG zone.
