Home Buyers Program

The City of Brandon Homebuyer Assistance Program is not currently accepting applications. This program will not be open for more applications again throughout 2024 as the funding has been fully allocated.

The program was offered thanks to funding support from the Manitoba Government.

This program assisted those who were eligible to become homeowners by providing funding equal to a 10% down payment and a portion of the associated closing costs by way of a forgivable loan.

The program assisted over 60 families get into home ownership between 2018-2024. Should additional funding be received in the coming years, the program may be reopened.
