Transit Information Centre Moving Locations

Brandon, MB – The City of Brandon is advising residents that the Transit Information Centre, currently located at 21 – 8 St., will be relocating to the Rosser Office Centre at 723 Rosser Ave. later this month.

The Transit Info Centre serves as the main customer service hub for Brandon Transit. It provides riders with access to route information, transit schedules, fare details, and general support regarding transit services. 

A comprehensive assessment of the Transit Info Centre was completed in 2024, identifying the need for substantial repairs to ensure sustainable long-term operations. Following a detailed analysis, it was determined that relocating the centre to a nearby location would be the most cost-effective and practical solution.

The Transit Info Centre will continue operating at its current location until this Thu, Feb. 12, 2026. To accommodate the move, the Info Centre will temporarily close for approximately one week starting Fri, Feb. 13. The new Rosser Office Centre location is expected to open to the public during the final week of February. Residents are encouraged to check the City’s social media channels for regular updates.

During the closure period, riders can still purchase Transit Smart Cards at the following locations:

• City Hall – 410 9th St.
• Sobeys West End – 3409 Victoria Ave.
• Safeway – Corral Centre
• Sobeys South (18th Street) – 1570 18th St.
