Snow Clearing Update - Feb. 23, 2026

Brandon, MB - Please see the following snow clearing update as of Feb. 23, 2026:
 Street Clearing Update
  • Crews began clearing Residential Zones A + F this morning at 6 a.m.
  • All Priority Routes have been cleared, with the exception of a few streets where parked vehicles prevented access.
  • Once all residential zones have been cleared, the City will issue a parking ban to allow crews to clear any remaining streets.
 Back Lane Clearing
  • Crews began clearing back lanes this morning and are working in Route 1
  • Once Route 1 is complete, crews will move into Route 2
  • Back lane clearing occurs from 12 Midnight to 8 a.m.
Sidewalks
  • Sidewalk clearing on primary routes is ongoing from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • Crews are expected to begin clearing secondary routes tomorrow.
Anticipated Residential Zone Schedule (subject to change)
  • A + F: 6 a.m., Mon, Feb. 23
  • B + C: 6 p.m., Tue, Feb. 24
  • D + G: 6 a.m., Thu, Feb. 26
  • E: 6 p.m., Fri, Feb. 27
