Snow Clearing Update - Dec. 30, 2025

Brandon, MB - Over the last few days, the City received between 3 - 6 cm of snow. With another 5 cm of snow anticipated tonight, crews will begin clearing priority routes tomorrow, Dec. 31 at 12 Noon. If snowfall during this event exceeds the 13 cm before priority routes are finished, a City-wide Snow Event will be triggered, and residential zones will be added to the schedule at that time.


Streets, Sidewalks, and Multi-Use Paths:

-Crews will start clearing the Priority 1A Route tomorrow, Dec. 31 at 12 Noon.


Backlanes

-Crews expect to start clearing back lanes on Fri, Jan. 2 at 8 a.m.


Updates on snow clearing efforts will be available on snowmap.brandon.ca starting tomorrow, Dec. 31 at 12 Noon.
