Public Hearing on the City of Brandon 2026 Financial Plan

Brandon, MB - Public Notice is hereby given that the Council of The City of Brandon intends to present its 2026 Financial Plan, which includes the use of specific purpose reserve funds, at a public hearing to be held as follows:

Date: Tuesday, April 7, 2026
Time: 7 p.m.
Location: Council Chamber, City Hall (2nd Floor)
410 – 9th Street, Brandon, MB

The meeting is open to the general public. Council will hear from any person who wishes to make a representation, ask questions, or register an objection to the proposed 2026 Financial Plan and/or the use of specific purpose reserve funds.

Written representations will also be accepted and may be submitted by email to cityclerk@brandon.ca, or by postal mail addressed to:

Copies of the 2026 Financial Plan may be obtained by contacting the City Clerk’s Office at 204‑729‑2296 during regular office hours (8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.), or by visiting the City of Brandon website at brandon.ca/city-hall/budget-and-finance/financial-statements-and-plans.
