Breach of Court Order
- On Friday September 5th, around 12pm Police located a 54-year-old male at a residence on Cornell Bay. The male is bound by a Release Order not to attend to that address and not to communicate with the other individual who was also found to be there. He was lodged at the BPS cells to appear in Court in the morning.
- Just after midnight Police attend to a residence in the 2300 block of Brandon Ave and found that the two individuals present, were both on orders not to communicate with each other. As a result, a 32-year-old male, and a 26-year-old female were both charged, released on Undertakings and are scheduled to appear in Court in November.
Warrant Executed
On Friday afternoon at 4:45pm, a 33-year-old female turned herself in at the Police Station as she was aware there was an outstanding Warrant for her arrest. She was held in the BPS cells for Court in the Morning.
Breach of Peace
Within the last 24 hours 5 people were arrested for Breach of Peace and lodged in cells at BPS.
