Fail To Comply Undertaking

 

On September 28th, 2025, at 12:57 P.M., a male suspect attended to a business in the 800 block of 18th street and proceeded to throw a drink at the staff.  The accused has been repeatedly attending the business, causing a nuisance for the staff and customers of the business despite being previously barred. The 23-year-old male was located and arrested at in the 700 block of 18th St. The male was released from custody and will attend court in November for the above noted charge.

 

Warrant Execution

 

On September 28th, 2025, at 05:27 PM, a 49-year-old female was located and arrested on outstanding warrant of arrest in the 0000 block of 9th St. The accused was released for court in November.

On September 28th, 2025, at 06:08 PM, a 32-year-old female was located and arrested on outstanding warrant of arrest in the 500 block of Lorne Ave. The accused was released for court in November.

 

Assault Peace Officer

 

On September 26th, 2025, Brandon Correctional Centre reported that a correctional officer had been assaulted by an inmate at 375 Veteran’s Way, Brandon, MB. The victim was struck approximately 10 times before other staff intervened. On September 28th, 2025, the 28-year-old male inmate was arrested for assault and remains in custody to attend court in the morning.

 

Intoxicated Persons Detention Act

 

On September 28th, 2025, at 07:46 P.M., Police requested by EMS to the 0000 block of 10th St for a highly intoxicated female. A 55-year-old female arrested and lodged to be released once sober enough to care for herself.

 

 

Fail To Comply with Release Order

 

On September 28th, 2025, at 11:55 P.M., a traffic stop was conducted in the 1500 block of 1st St, and the passenger was positively identified and found to be breaching his 9:00 pm curfew. The 26-year-old male was arrested and lodged for court in the morning.
