Police News Release - October 3rd, 2025

Breach of Release Order
On October 2nd at 12:56 p.m., officers responded to a report of an intoxicated female lying on the road in the 1100 block of 18th Street. Upon arrival, police located the 24-year-old woman and determined she was bound by a Release Order which had a do not consume condition. She was arrested for breaching that condition and held in BPS detention cells. She is scheduled to appear in court on the morning of October 3rd, 2025.
Breach of the Peace
At approximately 8:01 p.m. on October 2nd, police were called to a residence in the 800 block of 2nd Street by family members regarding a 19-year-old male who was intoxicated and causing a disturbance. The individual was no longer welcome at the residence. He was arrested and transported to BPS detention cells, where he will be held until sober before being released.
Robbery with Firearm
At approximately 10:36 p.m. on October 2nd, police received a report from a food delivery driver who stated he had just been robbed at gunpoint in the 300 block of 11th Street. The suspect fled with approximately $150–$200 in cash. The suspect is described as a male wearing a grey or black hoodie and a dark face covering. He fled on foot toward the back lane. A K9 unit was deployed to conduct a track; however, the track was unsuccessful.
