Warrants Executed
On Friday November 7th at 10AM, Police located a female in the 1000 block of Lorne Ave who was wanted for failing to attend court. She was arrested on the outstanding Warrant and held for court on Saturday morning.
At noon, Police located a male in the 800 block of Pacific Ave who was wanted for breaching his probation order. He was arrested on the outstanding Warrant and held for court on Saturday morning.
At 1530, Police located two males near Errol Black Park who were both wanted for failing to attend court. One male was arrested, processed and later released with a new court date in December. The second male had multiple warrants and was held for court on Saturday morning.
Assault Police Officer & Resist Arrest
Officers attended a residence in the 2700 block of Rosser Ave where a male was agitated, uncooperative became combative with police and. He punched an officer in the face and was eventually taken into custody with the assistance of a Taser deployment. The male was lodged in cells and held for court on Saturday.
Robbery
At 7:30pm on Friday, a robbery occurred at a business in the 800 block of 18th St. An unknown male approached the counter and put a bag down, demanding cash. The suspect took off heading north on 18th St, and has not yet been located. Still Under Investigation.
Possess Weapon
Shortly after 10pm, Police conducted a pedestrian check in the 300 block of 10th St, with a male known to police. The male was found to be in possession of a machete and was arrested for possession of a Weapon. He was processed and later released with a court date in January.
Breach of Peace
In the last 24 hours 4 people were arrested and lodged at BPS for Breach of Peace.
