Assault & Mischief Under $5000

At 11:10 A.M., a female victim attended Brandon Police Service to report that they had been assaulted by a 24-year-old female while she was providing her with a ride in her vehicle. The victim also reported that the female broke her windshield from the inside by punching it. The 24-year-old suspect was arrested and will attend Court in April for the above noted charges.

Intoxicated Person Detention Act

At 01:47 A.M., police were requested to attend a business in the 1600 block of 18th St for a disturbance. A 39-year-old male was located by police in the area and was reported to be the the cause of the issues. He was intoxicated and arrested to be released when sober.

Warrant- Fail To Attend Court

At 05:19 A.M., police were requested to a home in the 900 block of 1st St for a disturbance. A 40-year-old male noted as the subject of the complaint was located inside the residence. A check of the Canadian Police Information Centre showed that the male was currently wanted by police on an outstanding warrant of arrest for failing to attend court. The male was arrested on the strength of that warrant and will attend Court in the Morning.
