Breach of Undertaking

On Saturday February 28th at approximately 9pm a pedestrian stop was conducted in the 100 block of Rosser Ave East. A 24year-old female was found to be on an Undertaking with a daily curfew starting at 8pm. She was arrested and lodged in the BPS cells for Court

 

Arrest Warrant

On Saturday evening around 9:45pm Police were called to a building in the 200 block of 15th St for an unwanted person at that location. Checks on the 38year-old male revealed there was a Warrant for his arrest for Failing to Comply with his Probation Order and for Failing to attend Court. He was arrested and held in the Bps cells to appear in Court in the morning.

 

Non-Compliant with a Conditional Sentence Order

Just before 3am on Sunday March 1st, Police were called to Applewood Bay for a suspicious person. A 26year-old female was located and found to be breaching the alcohol consumption clause of her Conditional Sentence Order. She was arrested and held for Court in the morning.

 

Breach of Peace

In the last 24 hours 8 people were lodged in the Brandon Police Service for Breach of Peace related incidents.
