Intoxicated Persons Detention Act (IPDA)

Over the last 24-hours one adult male and one adult female were arrested in separate incidents under IPDA.

 

Warrant of Arrest Executed

Over the last 24-hours one adult male and one adult female were arrested in separate incidents under the strength of endorsed and unendorsed Warrants of Arrest

 

Fail to Comply with Release Order

On June 22, 2025, at 11:00AM, Police observed a 40-year-old male in the 800 block of Pacific Avenue, who was known to Police to be bound by a Release Order with a condition not to attend the area and was also observed to be showing signs of intoxication contrary to another condition prohibiting the consumption of alcohol. He was arrested and lodged at BPS Detention Unit to appear in Court on 2025-06-23.

 

Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, Possess Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime, Possession of Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking

On June 22, 2025 at 3:00PM, Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 000 block of 17th Street East. As a result of the stop, Police located an item, which was reported stolen on June 21, 2025 from the residence at 900 Block 7th Street as well as another stolen item in the box of the truck. Further investigation revealed the subjects to be in possession of 4 oz. of controlled substance, suspected as methamphetamine and a significant amount of cash. Both 39-year-old driver and 40-year-old passenger were arrested and later released with Undertakings to appear in Court on September 11, 2025.

 

Domestic Assault

On June 22, 2025, at 8:15PM, Police responded to a Domestic Assault complaint at the residence in the 100 Block of 9th Street. As a result of investigation, a 31-year-old male was arrested and later released with Undertaking with Court date of September 8, 2025.
