Over the last 24-hours two adult males and one adult female were arrested in separate incidents for Breach of Peace

Over the last 24-hours two adult males were arrested in separate incidents under IPDA.
Assault with a Weapon, Assault Causing Bodily Harm, Uttering Threats, Mischief to Property under $5000
On June 15, 2025, at 11:50AM, Police located a 23-year-old male who had previously assaulted and threatened a complainant, and damaged the complainant’s residence in the 400 block of 12th Street. He was arrested and transported to BPS. He was subsequently released on an Undertaking to appear in court on August 25, 2025.
Break and Enter and Theft under $5000
On June 15, 2025, 12:20PM, Police located a 22-year-old male, who had previously broken the door, forced his entry and stole several items from the complainant’s residence in the 400 block of 26th Street. He was arrested and transported to BPS. He was subsequently released on an Undertaking to appear in court on August 25, 2025.
