Over the last 24-hours two adult males and one adult female were arrested in separate incidents for Breach of Peace

Intoxicated Persons Detention Act (IPDA)

Over the last 24-hours two adult males were arrested in separate incidents under IPDA.

Assault with a Weapon, Assault Causing Bodily Harm, Uttering Threats, Mischief to Property under $5000 

On June 15, 2025, at 11:50AM, Police located a 23-year-old male who had previously assaulted and threatened a complainant, and damaged the complainant’s residence in the 400 block of 12^th Street. He was arrested and transported to BPS. He was subsequently released on an Undertaking to appear in court on August 25, 2025.

Break and Enter and Theft under $5000

On June 15, 2025, 12:20PM, Police located a 22-year-old male, who had previously broken the door, forced his entry and stole several items from the complainant’s residence in the 400 block of 26^th Street. He was arrested and transported to BPS. He was subsequently released on an Undertaking to appear in court on August 25, 2025.
