Fail to Comply with Undertaking

On July 22, 2025, at 8:30PM, Police responded to a report of a disturbance at a local business in the 1900 Block of Queens Avenue. A caller reported hearing a male and female yelling in the back lane behind the business. Upon arrival, officers observed a male and female together in the back alley. As police approached, both individuals fled in opposite directions. A short time later, officers located a male in the 2100 Block of Richmond Avenue in possession of a purse and cell phone belonging to the female. The female was located back in the 1900 Block of Queens Avenue. Both individuals were identified. A Police records check revealed that the 26-year-old male was bound by an Undertaking with a condition prohibiting him from having contact or communication with the female involved. He was arrested and lodged at BPS Detention Unit to appear in Court on 2025-07-23.

Further investigation determined that the bicycle in his possession had been reported stolen on June 6, 2024.
