Warrants Executed

  • On Friday July 11th at 4:55pm, Police conducted a traffic stop in the 1400 block of 13th St. The passenger in the vehicle was found to have an Endorsed Warrant for her arrest for Failing to Comply with her Probation Order. The 27yr old female was arrested and then released on an Appearance Notice with a Court date set in August.
  • On Saturday July 12th at 1:40am, Police stopped a vehicle in the 400 block of 17th St. A 21yr old occupant was found to have multiple Warrants for her arrest. She was lodged in BPS cells to appear in Court in the morning.

 

Damage to Vehicle leads to Charges

On Friday evening around 11pm, Police received a call of an intoxicated male kicking a parked vehicle in the 800 block of 6th St. causing damage to one of the windows. The 21yr old male suspect was located at the scene, arrested and held in the BPS cells and was released in the morning on an Undertaking to appear in Court in September.

 

Breach of Peace

  • At 7pm, Police responded to a fight at a residence in the 600 block of 8th St. A 21yr old female was found to be the problem. Lodged in cells to prevent any further issues. Released when sober.
  • Just after midnight on Saturday July 12th, Police were requested to a business in the 3500 block of Victoria Ave for an intoxicated male causing problems. The 40yr old male was lodged at BPS to be released when sober.
  • Around 2am on Saturday, Police attended a business in the 2800 block of Victoria Ave for an intoxicated male refusing to leave. The 34yr old was held in cells to be released when sober.
