Theft Under $5000
On February 9th at approximately 1:45 p.m., police were called to the area of Fox Place regarding a report of a female stealing from the neighbourhood. Officers located the 20-year-old female in the area and arrested her. She was later released on an Appearance Notice with a court date of April 13th, 2026.
Immediate Roadside Prohibition x2
In the past 24 hours, two impaired driving incidents were investigated during the early morning hours. Both incidents occurred between 12:30 a.m. and 1:30 a.m., one on Van Horne Avenue and the other on Pacific Avenue.
In each case, the driver displayed signs of impairment, and an Approved Screening Device (ASD) sample registered fails. A 39-year-old male and a 36-year-old male were each issued a 90-day driver’s license suspension, and both vehicles were seized for 30 days.
